U.S. State and Local Policy Review with Case Studies

In this half-hour presentation we will highlight groundbreaking laws in New Hampshire and Oregon investigating the health and environmental impact of EMFs, and especially 5G. Through case studies, we will see important questions our legislatures are asking about the FCC’s failure to protect the public, insurance industry exclusions for wireless radiation damages – and the legal fine print in our own devices which few have read.

We will examine legislation currently filed in other states too that addresses both biological harm and excessive screen time impacts on children’s health and well-being.

At the local level, citizen groups are no longer willing to wait for public policy to catch up to the science showing clear evidence of harm. Taxpayers are witnessing the wireless industry forcing toxic 4G/5G small cell antennas into the public access way at the curb outside their homes. They are seeing the toll wireless technology and excessive screen time is taking on their children after the industry maneuvered their 21st Century Classroom campaign into our schools and increased the wi-fi offerings in our homes.

Communities throughout the U.S. are mobilizing to educate their loved ones, neighbors, municipal leaders and legislators. Their message is not “no technology” but rather “safe technology” and we have a road map to get there.

We will share inspiring, courageous actions that have stopped 5G small cell installations at the local level. EMF Medical Conference attendees will leave with resources to bring back to their own communities to start and/or advance safe technology practices.
