EMF Medical Conference and Pre-Conference Video Recordings 2021: Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of EMF Associated Illness

This video package includes all the presentations and panel discussions (59 videos) presented at the EMF Medical Conference 2021, held January 28-31, 2021 and the Pre-Conference Course, Electrosmog and Electrotherapeutics 101, held in October 2020. These two educational activities were hosted by the Electromagnetic Safety Alliance, Inc. along with many sponsors, partners and exhibitors. We featured leading experts –  physicians, clinicians and scientists – who made a series of evidence-based presentations on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of EMF associated illness. We also featured EMF assessment professionals, who presented proven methods to prevent or limit EMF exposure hazards. Our primary goals were to equip health care practitioners with tools so they could immediately begin evaluating and treating patients with EMF associated illness; and to educate the public.

This conference delves into some of basic questions about electromagnetic fields that people have: What is the EMF electromagnetic spectrum? How do natural and artificial electromagnetic fields interact with living organisms? What are the known biological and health effects from EMF exposure? What is electromagnetic sensitivity, also known as microwave sickness? How does EMF cause both harmful and healing effects? What are the most effective treatment modalities and practices? What can people do to protect themselves and their loved ones from EMF hazards?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Two online courses will be offered that feature the conference recordings for those who want to receive Continuing Medical Education are approved for 24.5 Continuing Medical Education, by AKH, Inc, Advancing Knowledge in Healthcare as a Joint Provider with The Electromagnetic Safety Alliance, Inc.

Those who are eligible to enroll for credit include licensed health practitioners (MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs and nurses) and other health practitioners who apply for permission to apply earned credit from their state licensing boards. The courses offer up to 24.5 CME, including 4 CME for the Pre-Conference Course and 20.5 CME credits for the Conference. Registration will begin on or about April 15, 2021 and the courses may be taken for up to one year. To be notified when registration opens, go to www.emfconference2021 and complete the form at the bottom of the home page.

“EMF exposure is growing at a rapid pace and the list of symptoms are vast. Physicians must have a general understanding of how to evaluate and manage an EMF patient’s case. It is paramount that physicians receive the education and recommended treatment guidelines on how to best care for these complex patients.”

Elizabeth Seymour, MD, Environmental Health Center – Dallas, Texas

“In everyday medical practice, we are increasingly confronted by patients who suffer adverse health effects directly or indirectly as a consequence of their mobile phone use. There are many potential health risks caused by cell phone use and exposure to antennas. Our challenge is to help our patients by advising them on how to minimize or prevent addictive behavior; how to avoid injuries caused by distraction, i.e. broken bones, and how to prevent eye diseases, and other health problems, that are known to be associated with exposure to radiofrequency radiation.“

Piero Lercher, MD, Lecturer and Dean of the Post Graduate Public Health Program, Medical University,  VIenna, Austria. Co-author of “The EUROPAEM Guidelines for the Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of EMF-Related Health Problems and Illness” (

Pre-Conference  Course:  Electrosmog and Electrotherapeutics 101

The EMF Medical Conference 2021 Pre-Conference Course: Electrosmog and Electrotherapeutics 101, presented by Magda Havas PhD, an internationally recognized EMF expert, recorded on October 23 and 24, 2020.

Our exposure to electromagnetic fields/radiation is increasing from a variety of devices, at different frequencies with various modulations and a growing population is experiencing difficulties during exposure. Health care providers do not learn about the harmful effects of electromagnetic pollution in medical school and so many are not prepared to deal with patients who are electrohypersenstive (EHS) or whose cancer or infertility is associated with electrosmog exposure.

The Electromagnetic Spectrum

The EMF Medical Conference 2021 aims to educate and train health practitioners on how to prevent, diagnose and treat the various maladies electrosmog causes.  The electromagnetic spectrum is the foundation for all the presentations on biological responses to electromagnetic frequencies to be given at this conference. Each of the presentations dealing with the biological effects of electromagnetic pollution will assume that the audience has a basic understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum and the various characteristics of that spectrum that have biological significance (i.e., frequency, modulation, wave form, pulsing, units of measurement, windows effects, duty cycle, etc.).

The purpose of “Electrosmog and Electrotherapeutics 101”, is to provide that basic understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum, anthropogenic sources of electrosmog, and natural sources of electromagnetic frequencies and their role in bio-modulation. However, not all EM frequencies are harmful.  Indeed, there is a growing interest in frequency therapy that includes pulsed electromagnetic fields and modulate light therapy that is proving to be highly successful around the world where these treatments are practiced.  Some believe that these therapies are the future of health care and so they will be discussed in the 4th and final lecture of this pre-conference course.

Faculty Biographical Statement:

Magda Havas, PhD, is Professor Emerita at Trent University, School of the Environment in Peterborough, Canada. She is an environmental toxicologist who has studied the effects of chemical pollutants in the environment and more recently the biological effects of electromagnetic frequencies from extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields to ultraviolet radiation. She works with people who have developed electrohypersensitivity and is advising the health care/medical community on how to objectively assess this condition and how to help people heal. She also works on the beneficial effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF), vibrational therapy and light therapy.
